Lovely place, conveniently situated between Ajijic and Chapala. I was here to visit a relative who lives a few blocks away. The room was perfectly clean with a kitchenette and large shower, and air conditioning. The owner is wonderful. The pool is very nice so bring a swimsuit! If I come for another visit, I will stay here again. If you're a birdwatcher, there is a small lakefront park at the end of Santa Monica, with Vermilion Flycatchers in the park and many other birds around. The whole area is lovely, nice people, beautiful flowering bushes and trees. The area is rough cobblestone street so if you bring a car with you, drive slowly!

This is such an excellent facility...the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked with everything you need for light meals. The location is very quiet, with a wonderful pool. Close to restaurants and transportation. Gustavo is so very attentive to all your needs. Five stars all around for this jewel in Riberas!

Excellent reasonably priced accommodations, with clean, comfortable rooms. Centrally located for access to either Chapala of Ajijic. Quite residential neighborhood, with the exception of the dogs and roosters witch tend to come with the Mexican lifestyle. Hosts have mentioned the addition of E-bike rentals on-site in the near future, which is the perfect way to commute or check out the local areas.. I would definatly stay here again on my next visit!
